Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info: The participants are required to meet at the office.
Notes:
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited before or during any of the activities.
No drugs are allowed on the premises, with the exception of prescription drugs.
No firearms are allowed on the premises.
Final numbers must be confirmed in writing, 48 hours before the tour, and you will be charged accordingly.
If the number changes on the day of the tour, no changes will be made to the invoice.
