Kirkmans Camp

Kirkman's Camp is situated in the eastern part of South Africa in the province of Mpumalanga  and is part of a conservation gene pool that covers 5.5 million hectares of land in the heart of the South African Lowveld. This low-lying region of flat bush country in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, South Africa contains habitat types ranging from riverine thicket to open savannah.

How to get to Kirkman's Camp:
Kirkman's Camp is a five and a half hour drive from Johannesburg. From Johannesburg turn left off the N4 at Nelspruit and proceed to Hazyview along the R40 via White River. At Hazyview turn right along the R536 towards Skukuza Paul Kruger Gate, for 37.5km (23.3 miles).
At the Mala Mala Game Reserve sign turn left onto a gravel road and follow the Mala Mala road signs to the camp for 29km (18.02 miles). There is a vehicle entrance fee into the Sabi Sand Wiltuin, payable on arrival.
