Orpen Rest Camp is situated on the western border of the Kruger National Park. It is a small camp that received its name from the person's surname who donated the land. The scattered trees and open plains are covered by sweet grass and therefore attract many browsers. This is also a perfect area to spot a cheetah, lion and leopard. Orpen offers his visitors an excellent opportunity to experience close encounters with rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo and leopard in a natural environment. Wildlife enthusiast will also find wild dog, cheetah, zebra and giraffe in this indigenous area.
