Phumula Kruger Lodge is located in Marloth Park bordering the famous Kruger National Park. Situated near the town of Malalane it is very close to the Mozambique border and only two hours from Maputo.
Phumula Kruger Lodge is a bush lover’s treat, nature us very much alive here with an amazing variety of bird life present and the sound of nature! This is the type of place where you will go to get in touch with nature and lose touch with the hustle and bustle of fast-paced city life! With no actual fences around the properties game roams freely through Phumula Kruger Lodge and it is not uncommon to encounter the likes of Zebra, wildebeest, warthog, honey badgers, hyenas etc.
Decorated and built in true bush style with face brick and thatch, each chalet offers a comfortable self-catering experience with all the necessary crockery and cutlery and the convenience of ordering form the nearby restaurant should you not be in the mood to cook. Phumula also has the use of its own private boma (African enclosure) where guest can experience dining under the African night sky, of can indulge in a soul stirring body massage by a professional therapist, under the shade of a delightful Maparni tree.
Phumula Kruger Lodge has a distinct bush safari feel to it and during the summer months it is an oasis amongst a dry and drought-ridden bushveld. With a relaxed atmosphere and a stunning pool and larpa facility if one is not out and about the bush exploring and discovering Africa they can spend the day lazing by the pool and quenching their tired bodies in this very warm climate.
Each chalet can be booked for either full self-catering, bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast. Phumula has a fantastic a la carte menu, with the options of pub lunch food or a braai in the Boma for special occasions or by request. Phumula Kruger Lodge also caters for all special occasions, and small conferences.

For any cancellations or changes made after booking has been confirmed, a fee of 10% will be charged
In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
