The camp provides a rustic experience within the natural environment. The shape of the campsite is laid out in a rough figure of eight. All the stands are under and around ancient and beautiful Leadwood, Mopane and Apple Leaf trees.
Two well-known seasonal rivers, the Tsendze River and Nshawu Creek, runs through this area that is known for the large buffalo herds and lots of elephant bulls that occur here
