Late checkouts are not allowed, as the rooms have to be readied for the next arrivals.
Children policy:
Infants can be accommodated free when accompanied by at least one adult.

All payments received are non-refundable so we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that gives full cancellation coverage. One of our reservations officers can offer advice if you are not sure where and how to purchase this.
Please note that the guest will be held liable for any outstanding payment on the date cancellation is received. All cancellations must be received in writing. This can be done by e-mail, letter or fax. We will then confirm the cancellation back to you in writing and provide you with a cancellation number.
