Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

Dr. Hugo Tempelman, who provides project management and concept development based on models of his previous healthcare centre successes, leads the healthcare centre. His Ndlovu Medical Centre, an autonomous treatment centre, has an outstanding record of providing support and treatment to people with HIV/AIDS.
